Friday's Place is owned by Robinson Crusoe Tours India Ltd. whose principal directors and major shareholders are Mark and Sujeewa Reynolds based at Poovar through the season and in the U.K. throughout the spring and summer.

They have a combined experience of thirty years travelling throughout the Asian subcontinent and an ongoing passion for new horizons. Mark, engineer, builder, keen motorcyclist, and commercial sea plane pilot and Sujeewa with her professional background in international tourism, coupled with her holistic training in Chua Ka and alternative healing techniques, ensures a management team sympathetic to the needs of all and they trust that this venture will set a precedent for eco tourism as a whole.

At Friday's Place we are all looked after by Shibu and Sindu Joseph, a young husband and wife team with genuinely warm smiles, who care for the buildings, tend the gardens, and prepare delectable South Indian and western cuisine with enthusiasm and flare. Vegan, macrobiotic or Ayurveda meals are daily available on request.
